Terms of Service

coinholic.co sells advertising placement on a public list. You pay SOL, and your listing is positioned on that list according to how much has been paid toward it. That is the entire service.

coinholic.co is not a financial service. It does not offer, broker, custody, exchange, stake or manage any financial instrument. It does not issue a token, run an investment scheme, pool funds for a return, or promise any yield. It is an advertising board that happens to be paid for in cryptocurrency.

Nothing paid to this site is an investment, a deposit, a security, or a claim on anything. It buys placement on a web page and nothing more.

Position on the board is determined solely by the amount of SOL paid toward a listing. It is not determined by quality, safety, popularity, audit status, user reviews, or any assessment of any kind.

A high rank means money was paid. It does not mean a project is legitimate, solvent, audited, or safe. Treat every ranked entry as an advertisement, because that is what it is.

Entries labelled "Unbid" were added to the directory by the operator of coinholic.co for discovery purposes. They have paid nothing, are not paid placements, and their inclusion does not imply any relationship with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the project listed.

Every payment is a transfer of SOL on the Solana network to the receiving wallet named by the operator of coinholic.co. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by the operator of coinholic.co.

All payments are final and non-refundable. There is no cooling-off period, no chargeback, and no mechanism to return funds.

A payment buys a place on the board for 30 days from the moment it lands, and topping up a listing restarts those 30 days. When the run ends the listing leaves the board and returns to the directory below it; nothing is deleted, and it can be bid on again at any time.

Within those 30 days the place is not guaranteed. Anyone may pay toward any listing at any time, including yours, and a larger total takes a higher position — so a run can be outranked before it ends. What you are buying is a position for up to 30 days, held only for as long as nobody pays more.

Anyone may pay toward any listing. You do not need to own or be affiliated with a project to add SOL to its total. Funds contributed toward a listing are not recoverable and confer no ownership, control, or rights over that listing or that project.

Sending SOL to that wallet directly, outside the site's flow, may not be creditable to any listing and may be unrecoverable.

Chat and group-invite links, link shorteners, affiliate and tracking URLs, and links to sexual content are not permitted.

You may not list content that is unlawful, that infringes another party's rights, that impersonates another person or project, or that is designed to defraud.

the operator of coinholic.co may remove any listing at any time, for any reason or none, without refund. This includes listings that are fraudulent, unlawful, impersonating, or that jeopardise the site's standing with any advertising platform, payment provider or hosting provider.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

the operator of coinholic.co does not verify, endorse, audit, or vouch for any listed project, and accepts no responsibility for any listed project's conduct, solvency, security, or claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of coinholic.co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for any loss of funds, profits, tokens or data, arising from use of this site, from any listed project, or from any blockchain transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet. the operator of coinholic.co never has access to your private keys and can never move funds on your behalf.

You are responsible for confirming that using this service is lawful where you are, and for any tax arising from your payments.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract, and you must not use this service if you are subject to sanctions or are located in a jurisdiction where it would be unlawful.

You confirm that any funds you send are lawfully yours.

These terms and the economic rules of the board may change. The current rules are always published on the Rules page. Changes are not applied retroactively to refund past payments, because past payments cannot be refunded.
